Hotel Policy

Check-in 14:00 hrs Check-out 12:00 hrs

Pets are not allowed in the Hotel premises. Violation fine maybe applied.

Maximum 2 adults in room.

Children under 12 years old stay free of charge when using existing bed. Age from 12 years old, requires to book with an extra bed (500++ baht include breakfast)

Visitor stays overnight surcharge 500++ baht without breakfast. The Hotel may deny entry of visitors to room. Guest must confirm with the hotel before inviting visitors into the room.

Late check-out is subject to room availability. Check-out between 12:00- 18:00 hrs late check-out charge 50% of the current rate. After 18:00 hrs, 100% charge of the current room rate (breakfast not included)Early check-in is possible without surcharge subject to room availability. The Hotel cannot guarantee an early check-in if the night prior is not booked.

Early check-out – charge full amount of the total cost of stay with no refund.

No show (failure to cancel) – charge full amount of the total cost of stay with no refund.

Amendment and cancellation must be made in written notice to the hotel through official email or contact from the website.

Amendment will be allowed without surcharge if written notice is made before 7 days prior to arrival. Amendment is subject to room availability and new rate may apply. Any amendments resulting in lower rates or number of nights is subject to 5% surcharge of the difference total amended amount.

Cancellation made more than 5 days prior to arrival, full refund with 5% deduction from total amount for credit card processing fees.

Cancellations less than 5 days prior to arrival, 1 night charge with 5% deduction from total amount for credit card processing fees.

All reservation must be guarantee and paid with the valid credit card.
